We have created this blog to provide a forum for entrepreneurs to discuss subjects presented in the Flight School program and to create an on going dialogue in regard to day to day issues that affect their business.
The Flight School a DBA of Mountain Global Inc. was created in 2005 by Real Strategy LLC, Corp21 and Mountain Global Inc. as a hands-on training program to help entrepreneurs and start up businesses.
The founding partners recognized a need to provide a quick method to give entrepreneurs the tools needed to successfully launch their business.
The mission of The Flight School is to provide entrepreneurs with the insight to build long term sustainable businesses.
Our philosophy focuses on building the business first before building products. Only companies with well designed business models can successfully take new products and services to market. The long term sustainability of a business is the accumulated success of many products and services not just one.
Bob is co founder of the Flight School and has over 25 years of sales, marketing and business development experience, including international business. Bob is also the President of Mountain Global Inc. a consulting business working with small to mid size businesses to execute growth strategies. Bob has worked with several start ups and small businesses over the past few years.
