One of our themes focused on the concept of selling before building as a key indicator for the entrepreneur to successfully generate revenue by selling in the start up phase before building their product. Many entrepreneurs tend to build a product before they have identified a target customer or market and this usually results in a failed launch. We have two questions. The first question is for those who sold before building; how successful have you been with this strategy? The next question is for those who have built a product before finding customers. How successful have you been with this strategy? Can you provide us examples of where this has worked?

Why we created this blog

We have created this blog to provide a forum for entrepreneurs to discuss subjects presented in the Flight School program and to create an on going dialogue in regard to day to day issues that affect their business.
